This is my first time doing Pilates, should I do a private first? Privates are always a great way to learn the Pilates technique, become familiar with the equipment and learn important cueing, However, If privates don’t interest you we offer a beginner class with a maximum of 6 people so you will receive a lot of one on one attention.
What should I bring to class?
All that is needed is yourself. Wear comfortable clothes and socks with grips on the bottom or bare feet.
How often should I come?
It’s really up to you and your schedule. Pilates is something that can be done everyday or once a week to compliment your fitness routine. To achieve the great results that Pilates offers we recommend 2-3 times a week.
If I have already registered but can’t come to class will I be charged?
Due to our small class sizes we ask that you cancel online 12 hours prior to your class in order to give clients on the wait list a chance to attend the class.
What if I am wait listed for the class, how will I know if I got in?
You will receive a text or email or both if you prefer when you have been added to the class.
