FAQS

  • Privates are always a great way to learn the Pilates technique, become familiar with the equipment, and learn important cueing. However, if privates don’t interest you, we offer a beginner class with a maximum of 6 people. This way, you can receive a lot of one-on-one attention as you begin your Pilates journey.

  • All that is needed is yourself! Wear comfortable clothes and socks with grips on the bottom or bare feet.

  • It’s really up to you and your schedule. Pilates is something that can be done everyday, or once a week to compliment your current fitness routine. To achieve the great results that Pilates offers, we recommend 2-3 sessions a week.

  • You will receive a text or email (or both if you prefer!) when you have been added to the class.
